Employers shall provide protective equipment. Home-made masks or masks purchased elsewhere are not allowed, as their efficacy cannot be checked.
The working hours shall be shifted, so as to avoid entrance/departure crowds and to limit the number of employees present at the same time in the same enclosure.
The triage of employees shall be made. Persons showing symptoms of breathing infections (coughing, sneezing, running nose, fever, altered general state) shall not be allowed to be present at work.
Daily checking of the employees’ temperature, at the start of their shift. Employees with a temperature above 37°C shall be sent home and asked to call their family doctor.
A distance of minimum 1.5 m shall be ensured for employees working at desks placed face to back and back to back. Desks placed face to face shall be separated by screens, to be disinfected daily with alcohol-based solutions.
Disinfecting the working surfaces upon starting work and then once every 4 hours.
Lunch breaks shall be taken in turns, observing the physical distance of at least 2 m.
Periodic airing of rooms. Doors shall remain open, cooling fans shall function less. In the case of temperature-controlled rooms using air recirculation, a nebulization shall be carried out once/week, preferably at the end of the week, and the disinfection of the HVAC installation shall be made, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Entrance/exit points shall be cleaned 3-4 times per shift, and also between shifts. The same is valid for the toilets, doors, water dispensers, handle-operated dispensers and cafeteria.
